Steven E. Howell, CPA, DABFA Joins

the Walden Federal Board of Directors

 

September 1, 2008, Walden, NY – The Board of Directors of Hometown Bancorp, Inc, its mutual holding company parent Hometown Bancorp, MHC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Walden Federal Savings and Loan Association appointed Steven E. Howell to each of their respective Board of Directors.  Mr. Howell is a partner with Vanacore, DeBenedictus, DiGovanni & Weddell, LLP, CPAs, Newburgh, NY.

Mr. Howell is a Certified Public Accountant In the states of New York and New Jersey and a DABFA - Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Accountants.  He is a specialist in corporate accounting, offering expertise in the manufacturing niche, corporate tax planning, projection and budget implementation, succession planning, banking, and investment relationship building.

Steven Howell earned his BS in Business Administration from Pace University where he graduated magna cum laude.
